Product Description
This new material is developed by customer, us and the plastic material company.
The design purpose is to have the material strong enough, with good heat conductivity but insulated, a new kind of heat conductive PA6 at reasonable cost.
It's for solar battery/cells.
The material/part has pasted all the NA battery relative tests.
DFM could be offered before tooling lauching, injection molding process simulation (CAE) and reliable proposals can be provided by our engineers, and if required, 2D drawing or 3D model modification could be provided too.
If customer need design validation, machined plastic prototypes could be manufactured by us too.
