Aluminum die casting for siginal lighting/lamp used for sea navigation. Aluminum alloy could be A380, A360, A383, ADC12,ZL102, A413 and so on, as per customer' reqeust.
Per customer' request, surface treatment could be powder coating, wet painting,E-coating and so on, due to outdoor application the salt spray test need to achieve 1000 hours.
Need moisture resistance leak test should applied to each batch.
Accoding to the quantity tooling can be customized at different grade, low cost, mid cost and high cost with different tooling life cylce, and not changing the accuracy.
DFM could be offered before tooling lauching, casting process simulation and reliable proposals can be provided by our engineers, and if required, 2D drawing or 3D model modification could be provided too.
If customer need design validation, machined Aluminum prototypes could be manufactured by us too.
